The outputs are everything that is dependent on the inputs in the Graph. After selecting the inputs, GenerativeComponents automatically selects all dependent nodes as outputs. If the results are unsatisfactory, clicking Select from Mode in the Output Properties section will allow you to select additional outputs.

In the output settings, the construction property allows you to make a geometry node of the new node hidden by default, but visible when the construction check box is selected. Selecting the Internal check box makes the node permanently invisible but it still is being calculated internally.
